This quest is one of the new quest/tasks added in 1.51. It will not appear in your quest journal and can be done almost any time As far as I know you can do it at lvl 21 and 22.

Seiml says "I am so grateful you have arrived! May I have [a moment] of your time?

I am almost out of my supply of my fire ant larva. You see, I use them to create my bright royal colors. I am do not have the time or will to travel deep within the fire to obtain these larva. I fear that if I do not receive help soon, I shall have to remove the [royal dyes] from my inventory.

Yes the larvas I use are a speical type. They are larvas that are still alive and warm. If they are not in this state they are worthless to me. My usually supplier has taken ill and cannot venture into the fire to obtain them. Should someone be able to obtain these warm fire antlarva from the fire ant gahters Iwoudl be quiet pleased.

To get to the fire ants, just end towards Muspelheim. As soon as you enter (watch out for fire giants), end to your left along the wall. Watch out for the bugs. You will come to a spot where there are alot of fire ants soilders, gathers, scavagers. Only the gathers will drop the 'Warm Fire Ant Larva'. They also drop just plain old fire ant larva. You can sell these, but semil will not want them.

When you return with the 'Warm Fire Ant Larva' he reponds:

Thank you! If you get me a few more of these, I may be able to stay in business a bit longer.

He rewards you with 200k xp.
