I've seen anywhere between 6min to 1hr45min repop times

He's yellow/oj to 50, has a blue con pet and summons 2 more blue cons when he's attacked. If you aoe mezz from range you will catch his pet too. Then hit him with a ranged caster and his 2 summoned pets will say put and he'll come alone. He's an easy kill with a lvl 50 caster with pac healer pombot.

Don't use DoTs or Bleed styles or ou'll get no drops if he dies from one :/
