i killed all 3 solo, in the order augur, evocator, soul render...got nothing but coins :(

Update:
There are three Hags you have to kill in order to get the loot: Augar Hag, Soul Render Hag, and Evocator Hag.
It seems you need to kill the Augar Hag first because when I killed either of the secondary Hags (without killing Augar Hag first) they would just spawn a few minutes later.
After killing the Augar Hag, you then have to kill the other two sisters.
These three Hags all act like Hib Magicians, however they have castable stun that can not be interrupted. The Soul Render Hag uses a spell similar to the damage spells in the Sun Line. The Evocator Hag casts spells like an eldritch. The Augur Hag casts the sphere looking pbae of a mana caster. The Augur Hag can also heal her self as well.
None of the items will drop if all of the sisters are not killed. Respawn time is more than hour.
