wandering through the plains, I found a named giant..."Grunk" I beleive it was. Does anyone know of any quests associated with him? He didn't drop anything special...just above avg coin.

Also, at lvl 22 I found an org con giant (actually he found me) so max lvl is at least 23-24...pretty rare though...

i get on average 50 cp fer these guys, FFS even nymphs drop better stuff. However it is sainsbury plains and everything is farmed

at Lev 20 I am able to take down Orange con giants, havent tried reds yet, the Orange cons have been giving me 250 to 289k exp a piece, better exp then in keltoi alone or in group.

i once had a task to kill one, tried an orange, and recieved 392k!

this is being done with a lev 20 paladin.

Theses guys are a real pain when hunting in the plains. they do have a huge aggro range. biggest range i have ever seen. At lvl 24 the con from green to yellow. Mostly blue though. Problem is its hard to fight more then 1 cause of the huge agrro range, his buddies usually join in. make sure you look around while fighting them. And dont even think of out running them unless u have at least 80% endurence left. even then you may not be able to do it.

Woah... these guys have a massive agro range... My friends and I were a mile away from one and he charged at us... picking up 3 of his buddies along the way...
The only way to get away from them is having a minstrel along for the run... unfortunately we didnt and they chased us for 3 minutes and tore us to pieces.

If you have more than 3 people in your group the adds get ridiculous. If you were to solo them, there is a less chance of an add to tag along.
