Individually this guy is not difficult. However you are looking for disaster if you do not clear all the doppelgangers around him first. We cleared most, left whet we believed were 2-3. Pulled Dapper Ganger and got a happy dozen, several of which were higher level than the named. We were a group of 3: Bainshee, druid and warden. Next time we'll bring more friends and clear everything in sight first.
