He dropped for me something simply named "lemon" but my inventory was full, and I never found it. Don't know anything about it, or even if its of any value whatsoever.

The level range is correct.
He cons red to a 50.
I suggest you kill off the 3 totems behind him before you attack him.

Tiller Prime Peche is either heavily nerfed or bugged on European servers in ver 1.90 : killed him 10 times with no drops of any use.

Has anyone ever gotten a "Icy Rock Paralyzer" from this mob?? I've killed him over 40 times and still haven't.
GoA have confirmed that as per ver 1.88 on European servers (Dyvet anyway) the weapons Vile and Umbrage do NOT drop from this mob. Now I can stop killing him after doing it 40 times.

Ah-ha - at last his creatures attacked me - not so you'd notie tho. Threw a few rocks. Add to his drops :

Pretty sure this is bugged on European servers (Dyvet cluster). The Rock Creatures do not activate. All he does is throw a weed field around you (which doesn't do anything nasty). He then dropped a otd (the cloak) but I have not been able to get him to drop Vile or Umbrage. These may ofc be Alb weapons only.

You have to kill his trap things behind him to kill him I think. They root and throw rocks etc.
He dropped to me Anguish(Gaheris) blunt weapon : +3 all dual wielding 12 str/dex/quick 3% energy/matter/spirit bonus melee speed 1% debuff str/con 56

I farrmed this mob...random respawn, about 3-5 times per hour.
Here is what he dropped:
Remorseless LB-5 Archery, 24 Dex/Quick 1% Archery speed and 40% speed Decrease
Umbrage(off hand crush)-3 Crush, 12 Str/Dex/Quick 3% heat/cold/body and 56 str/con debuff
Vile (pole)-3 Melee, 18 Str/Quick, 3% body/cold/energy/heat/matter/spirit, 2% combat speed and 56 str/con debuff.
