Howl is a named dark hound who roams the woods south of Gna Faste in Midgard. His remains can be turned into a floor trophy. As with many other named mobs, players may need to hunt the other dark hounds in the area to get Howl to appear.

After 4 years of (on-and-off) hunting him, today he appeared at 31645, 51518. I can die happy now. Smiley: lol

Should be described as a rare spawn. I reckon he pops once a week, real time....

Love the 'may need to' - it took me almost a week real time to get him to spawn.
Then one Saturday morning after 92 kills he appeared...
