There are located near Keltoi Fogou. When u're @ Caer Ulfwych, head to the SE, pass the disturbed presence zone and they are here.

Could someone say WHERE in the forest Druids are to be found?

Ive seen many druid sacrificers and Ive searched very far, yet I still cannot seem to find one single plain old Druid!

I found them to the left of the road heading towards the marsh. There are groupings of forked trees in a circle. Some have pixies in them and some have druids.

I killed a few Druids in the forest as part of a quest last night, they con'ed green to me at 14, I think you have the level range wrong

It all depends on where you find them...I am still getting yellow con druids at level 21
