Never seen this guy before. Around what area is he in?

He's inside the broken tower where the Darkness Falls entrance is. He looks like a manes demon now but is still about level 12.

soloed this guy at lvl 12 he was orange to me didn't hit that hard at all spawn rate is fast though dropped money only everytime i killed him

Quite possibly the best solo spot for a Cleric... from 12-14..
I leveled from 12 to 14 in just this area killing the demons there, and Fielath, and occasially the undead Liche looking thing...
Spawn is VERY fast.. I level'd from 12 to 14 in about 3 hours here on Bors Server..

Don't bother trying to kill Fielath in order to level. Every time I've killed him, I was given the message "This monster is worth no experience" even though he was yellow to me at the time. He drops decent cash (4-5 silver), but nothing else.
