you should be able to just keep it with a sugar cube, and let it follow you!
its pretty and just gave my level 20 cabbie a "dirty look"

Unfortunately, my 24th level Sorceress could not charm this animal. The game won't let you. Too bad, it would make a great looking pet.

I have been killed and in turned killed this horse over many lvls. Last time was today when it conned blue to my lvl 20 cabalist.

I saw one on the road near Veviel's Grove. It was yellow to me at level 18.

Killed our whole party, running down the fleeing survivors one-by-one. Fast and definitely higher than 12-13. Don't kill horses when the white horse is around.

Friar - now level 30. I keep watching for the white horse while traveling to the barrows: looking for revenge. :)

was red ++ to me at 14 so isnt level 12/13.
