Unlike EQ, named monsters in Camelot rarely drop anything special.

This one however is used in a quest: "Dragon Ant Charm", which starts in Snowdownia Station in North Black Mountains - talk to Esther.

She's found on a hillock to the north westish of the station, in a pile of ants. She's a semi-rare pop.
