    I've been hanging around for a few hours in this location and there's no sign of Anklebiter. I've killed a few Hobgolbic Pranksters and Smyga and still no sign of Anklebiter.

    ive been trying to spawn him for hours and nothing!! im literally there just killing Smyga and all the spawn but nothing!!

    Where does this guy spawn? The quest says "Near the guard tower North of Mularn" I ran for hours and couldnt find him...Doh..
