Just passing this spot again with my 48 Shade and decided to see if they have fixed the en-masse agro you sometimes got from these...
After I killed 10 of them, I'm guessing they did, but I also noticed that I made nearly 10g from these 10 and also got 3xp items to hand into Maible up the tower in Tir Urphost, so some nice and easy (health never went lower than 80%) solo kills and cash if you are in this area imo...

Even in the high 20's these hit me for no more than 10-12 per hit...We tried them not knowing what level they were. killed us REAL fast though....
Ive heard they have been changed recently and dont flurry attack anymore. Havent been out there lately though.

Good for bolt casters, bolt bolt DD until dead.
Unless taking an orange one, then you need the stun too =)
And keep a bard close to run away when needed, run hard. Cuz these chicks run hard too..

What level were you that it was only hitting for 2-6 dmg, what would it hit a lvl 35 for?

Hilarious when they attack you. Hit me for avg of 2 - 6 dmg a hit, but attacked twice a SECOND. High block/parry possible for xping on these, but not suggested, as they will degrade your armor in a BIG hurry. Might work best with multiple pet users.
