He hits hard and has instant mezz for 60 secs but with ml9 ench no problem.

Killed him with just 2, 50 Champion and a 50 druid (my bot)
took about 4-5 tries in total.
Strategy was to pop my RR5 get 2-3 hits off in the back before he could attack back (stun first) and then get to healin with my druid.
I could barely hold aggro (which is why it took 4-5 tries) but my RR5 let me do so much dmg that it was possible.

I believe this lvl is right - this one monter which roams around Flame is grape to a lvl 50 and is extremly hard to kill - once while attempting to kill Flame it aggroed on our druid - well needless to say we where yelling for a rezz 10 mins later - we got it down to 1/4 and it took 10 mins - and we had uber group of all 50's with bladeturning - no way this is lvl 60 - If I was to take a guess it's more like 68+

that's bs man, jug is neutral
As with all epic level mobs in Cursed Forest, Raumarik and Llyn Barfog, they initially start neutral. Each one you kill lowers your faction with them, however. After killing about 6-8 your aggro has lowered enough to where they go aggro to you.
