he droped the Eye of Fire. 10Con 10Dex 10Str & 10Emp plus 95DD 2 spells Heat based.

This is one of the legends in CF. Hes purple to a 50 and one of the hard ones. My guess is around lvl 67 or so. He 3 shots a 50 hero.
