Brannigan  

Brannigan now spawns in Silvermine Mountains at the mushroom ring across the water from Howth. Exact /loc is 31800, 49800.

OJ to a 23 Vamp, I took him down with about 15% hp left. There were several Luricaduane around, but he never called for help and they didn't assit. He dropped the Lucky Gold Coin. 13 each to Dex, Con, Qui.

He was hitting for up to 80, also procced a 25 hp DD, and was casting some spell that said "Brannigan takes on a feral aura" and another that said "Brannigan becomes more evasive".

I also got 778,240 xp.
