Description:
Yog is located near the hill that has the entrance to the Catacombs. Leave the station and head along the road where is splits of to the left head at 45% to this road toward the catacombs there is a tree line to the left just level with the tree line you should encounter him. His exact location was 44k, 40k. He was yellow at 37 and easy to solo as other Moor Bogies. They will only add if your within range after killing him.
Minimum Level: 30
Maximum Level: 35

   Cornwall

He probably did what he did for me. Wandered up to the giant rooters and got killed by them and took forever to respawn. He appeared in the trees at the bottom of the hill.

I spent about 2.5 hours looking for this guy to complete the Impossible Mission quest, with no luck. Journal says Southwest of Cornwall Station, so I assume all the suggested /locs are vaguely correct. I waited until night and day, killed boogies to draw him out, everything.. and no luck. Any other info on where he could possibly be, or how far he can wander off to?

Note this is for patch 1.53.

I found him very easily at the location above, in a little hollow next to a tree in turn next to the road. Yellow to me at level 33 and an easy kill.
