In new frontiers hill scrags can be found just southwest of Myrddin. They spawn at night in the middle of the standing stones there
so now that we have the new frontiers, and evrything is changed... would anyone happen to know where these are?

I had my Nightshade wandering around Snowdonia and happened upon Nogud, north of Snowdonia Gate, with some other hill scrag, on top of a hill near a stone hut...
I got the OTD bracer, err.. anyone in Alb want to meet me by the gate and buy it off me.. :p
Also dropped a ROG valewalker ring, which was nice...

They drop some nice infiltrator gear. Some gave me a + stealth and CS I believe was a jewel. Better than the quest one.

yes it does drop it's an OTD of a Bracer for Cabalist/Theu +4 Matter/body +4 Earth/Ice.
My Theu 45 wears 2 of them, but as they are Item from OTD, dont expect them to be efficient untill you reach the right lvl. Before it will tell you that "the Bracer xxxxx(just know the french name sorry dude :p) can't affect you by its magic - i remeber it's about a 39-41st lvl item approx.

Have been told by two different people of a named Hill Scarg in Snowdonia.
Apparently he carries an OTD, a bracer with + to Theurgist specclines.
Been camping the spot and killed X amounts of Scrags now.
The people who told me are people I trust not to lie to me just to take the **** ;)
So, has anyone else seen/killed this named Scrag?

under snowdonia his name is Nogud, and i saw him tongiht. It was night in game, i am not sure if that will matter, i didn't try attacking him though, so i don't know what he would drop. Hope this helps.
