there are loads of them near caille (~ loc 42k,41k in Bri Leith) and they always con neutral (no faction) :).
with 20 they con yellow to red so you can have 2-3 lvls of easy hunting there.
they cast an instant stun tho...

These are found in the Valley of Bri Leith, i have not seen one in the Silvermines area.
