near loc 14,604 30,947 swimming near the bottom. There are some spiky looking rocks there, with Skyros nullifiers, deepblades, and reapers among them.

dont remember loc but it was SW of phoaebus harp encounter. he gave me powerstrike speedy briny coral boots. not a bad pair. 13 to qui, matter 2%, cold 1%, lvl req 48. bonus to healing effect 8%, duration of spells 4%, 20% dmg add reverse proc. leather armor, 99% quality

With sightings all over the place is there really one place this fish does stay at for long ?
Three places you have to check.
1) 25418 14881, near the surface.
2) 10845 10211, at the bottom. He turns around right at the rock.

Found him swimming back and forth at 26k 6k while killing Skyros sea mage/guros.. he dropped chain boots.. then got a message we had finished the quest.. must be a one time drop yellow con to 50..easy kill.. don't remember stats on boots..
