For those trying to kill Hulner... I went up against him with my death servant necro and cleric, but could not kill him. He creates a spirit master like pet, can cast while you are hitting him, and lifetaps himself back to 100% health very quickly. If I had 1 more person with me, we could have taken him out easily. I got him to 50% life using instant dd's, but ran out of power. He is surrounded by reds and purples, but was easy to pull.

Easy kill with mid RR friar. Hes down in a hole and hard to pull, though - line of sight isssue (but not a bug; he's supposed to be hard to pull cos he's down in a hole). Brings yellow sm pet. Killed him about 6 times before he dropped the shield.. I dont know his respawn timer. I just parked my friar there and would log after killing, then log back in when I had another chance.
