it's pronounced Sephicoth and yes you do need to kill the sprites around the wreaked boat in CH to get him to spawn.

He is is near a sunken boat by the river. You might have to kill some sprites to make him spawn but watch out the creatures gang up on you

Could anyone tell me where to find Sepicoth?
It's supposed to be near a river in camalot hills i believe as its a pretty nasty river spriteling
