The followers of orylle are the thrawn ogres outside of krondon. Killing the thrawn ogres will lower this faction. And I am fairly sure that killing grifflets, sea hounds, winged serpents raises this faction not lowers it. But I am not positive been a week since I killed a few and didn't want to kill many more since I wanted to keep my cryptos mythicos faction and killing those deffinately lowers it.
