That only an Armsman can use this item? Being as it's an Epic Quest item, I can understand where only an Armsman can earn this item, but once done, can they not pass it on to say, a cleric? if so, I have to get in tight with an armsman soon! lol
The DPS and SPD on this weapon are too nice to be ignored. Even without a good + to smite, it's to be desired.

Since this is obtained through one of there epic quests, im pretty sure that when you look under info it will say Usable by Armsmen only
