hey, did you know tattered armor drops off some level 1 mobs? yea, go kill a lynx if you play in albion and get yerself a pitted sharp claw at like level 2 or 3 instead of buying one..

So, items that are newly added for lower level people shouldn't be added to the database? Riiiight!
It's not like it's a cloth armor drop from a level 0 monster. It's a rare drop from a level 12ish monster that would make a hero's day if he got it at that level.
