This item can be purchased from Merchants:
This item is dropped off monsters

Found in:

Because of their extreme power and high worth, these objects are currently found only on the dragons in each realm's mainland. On their death, Golestandt, Gjalpinulva, and Cuuldurach will now drop fifty Luminescent Stones. Half of these will be Full Career Skill respec stones, half Realm Skill respec stones. These stones can be traded or sold to other players as any other object in the game.

Luminescent stones can then be taken to special new type of NPC and turned in to receive the associated Career or Realm respec.

Please note that after performing a respec, all choices made are your responsibility. Here are the respec NPCs, the objects they will take, and their respec abilities.

Turn in:
Albion - Ellette Redding in Camelot, found in the same building as thr guild emblemer and the guild registrar

Midgard - Jordheim: Tordis - Luminescent Exerpise Stone

Hibernia - Tir na Nog: Dywana

Can be purchased from Trishy (Alb), Brohd (Mid), or Elenora (Hib) for 25 Dragon Scale.

Per patch 1.109c (09/20/11):
The following Respec Stones have been changed to allow them to be /useable instead of having to turn them into the appropriate NPC:
Full Skill Respec Stones:
Luminescent Exerpise Stone
Incandescent Exerpise Stone
Luminescent Iterare Stone

Single Skill Respec Stones:
Luminescent Ceriac Stone

Realm Respec Stones:
Luminescent Exeregum Stone
Luminescent Abrogo Stone
Luminescent Induco Stone

All respec stones must be unstacked to be /used.
Full Skill and Realm Respec Stones may only be /used if a character does not have any full skill or realm respecs available. Single Skill Respec Stones may be /used if a character has zero or one single skill respec available. Type "/respec" in-game to see the available respecs for a given character.
Characters must still visit their trainer in order to perform a /respec."

This is in regards to the recent appeal you submitted to in-game
support for Dark Age of Camelot. You may view your appeal text below.

If you have been fortunate enough to acquire a respec stone, the various different types of stones can be turned in to different people. The
list of who takes what stone and where they are located is below.

Camelot: Paiton Hazlett - Luminescent Abrogo Stone - Realm Skill Respec
Jordheim: Haili - Luminescent Abrogo Stone - Realm Skill Respec
Tir na Nog: Bretta - Luminescent Abrogo Stone - Realm Skill Respec
Albion: Mae Oswy - Humberton Castle-Luminescent Ceriac Stone-Single
line respec
Midgard: Hjortr - Vasudheim -- Luminescent Ceriac Stone--Single line
respec
Hibernia: Ita - Mag Mell- Luminescent Ceriac Stone-Single line respec
Camelot: Ellette Redding - Luminescent Exerpise Stone - Career Skill Respec
Paiton Hazlett - Luminescent Exeregum Stone - Realm Skill Respec
Jordheim: Tordis - Luminescent Exerpise Stone - Career Skill Respec
Haili - Luminescent Exeregum Stone - Realm Skill Respec
Tir na Nog: Dywana - Luminescent Exerpise Stone - Career Skill Respec
Bretta - Luminescent Exeregum Stone - Realm Skill Respec

You must then go to your trainer and type /respec realm for a realm skill respec, /respec all if you have a stone granting a career respec, or /respec <name of the line you wish to take points out of>. For example, if you wanted to take your points out of axe, you would type /respec axe.

If you require further assistance, please reappeal.

This information is extremely outdated. Also, using the /where command in these cities may not actually lead you to these named individuals ... because their full name is not (for example) "Tordis" but "Tordis [some kind of last name too]" and /where Tordis won't work, but "/where Tordis [some kind of last name too]" will find the person.

I'm currently waiting for an answer to an appeal about this subject.
turn in location for albion
