My dear god is all I have to say.....what drops this? Is it like other drops in zone and random from any mob? If so what floor? Also I am kinda new to this but how do the bonus on these actually work? Do they make it like if you had 11 more levels in that skill thus allowing you more spells when equiped? thanks in advance.
