DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different

Characters that were created after Patch Version 1.79 do not receive this Epic quest.

Received from Paladin trainer at level 15. You must complete the Traveler's Way and List of Denial quests first.

Step 1: You must go to the council in Humberton (out of north gate of camelot, not to far) to a keep on the hill there and speak with the council. Apparently, someone named Harish (a filidh) has cursed the church and is drawing the sons and daughters of Humberton into his own cult.

Step 2: The council sends you to the twin towers, just across big white up and down bridge. You just have to ask the guards about Harish and they will tell you he is north of the tower.

Step 3: Head due north up a big hill and you will see a group of filidhs, mostly green and grey to me at level 15. Off to the left and behind this camp is another group of filidhs where Harish is hiding out.

Step 4: Kill Harish and he will say something to the effect of "Now see the my true power as I continue to battle after death" He will then die and become "Shade of Harish" a 8 foot ghostly version of himself. Original Harish was grey to me and the shade version was green at level 15. When you kill the Shade of Harish the filidhs joined in the fight die as well.

Step 5: Return to the council and they will thank you and give you a "Humberton Tithe" to take back to Camelot as their thanks for the churchs aid.

Step 6: When you talk to the trainer in Camelot she asks if you defeated the evil and then you hand her the tithe. I received no money or exp but a NICE set of leggings. It's been mentioned that thee are a few more steps beyond this one...

Try /say Harish. You were missing the obvious. ;) Harish spawns at one end and usually has 4 druids around him. I can't remember if it's a tree or a large stone in the middle of one end...but it's that end. Kill off some of the druids before attacking him, I had to fight 7+Harish, all grey but takes ages. :p

Ok, I know this will sound stupid. In step two. i have too talk to the guards at the twin towers. Exactly what do I say too them. My journal says to ask of Harish. I type /where Harish, /who Harish. Ive tried everything I can think of but all i get is we know of no one by that name from them. I selct them first and they say how can we help you but then I dont know what to do next. Im sure im missing the obvious but I could really use some help. Also I have spent about 2 hours up at the druid camp and have yet to see Harish. Does he spawn only at night or any other time?

Thanks

Yeah um...type " /say Harsh ". This worked for me and I found him with the directions of the daoc.warcry.com quest guide. Did this quest within 20 minutes, not too hard also.

I play on Kay and my lev15 Pally and I have the same problem, get no response from the guards re Harish, I wnt and killed him anyway but he does not say anything when he dies and does not come back as a ghost, quess you have to complete step 2 first for step 3 to activate.

Harish was in the middle of the druid ring, right next to the tree, when I found him. Not off to the left somewhere.

I thought I'd finished the Abolishment of Sacrifice quest, but I've noticed in my journal that I now have a step SEVEN. It says, "Lend assistance to Lord Adribard and to Avalon". I've yet to figure out what to do for this new step. I have right clicked on Lord Adribard, (he's in Adribard's Retreat in Avalon Marsh, the Paladin Trainer) he then says, find someone else to train with. (of course, my character is a cleric) Next, I click on him and /say "Lady Winchell tells me to lend assistance", he doesn't respond. WHAT am I missing? At a lose.

The other thing about this is that my journal entry for this quest indicates that I need to visit my cleric trainer when I hit level 20. So for me the quest isnt over.

Alternately, for Clerics, this quest gives a Faithbound Shield. Yeah, it's purple, but other than that it's a damn good shield.
