Talk to Ianetor. Listen carefully to what he says.
Get your entire group on the island, then say begin.
Then run onto the island yourself and wait.
Make sure no one else comes onto the island, or else it gets significantly harder.

Kill order is S Z A. Kill S first, stick to him in melee and keep him slammed as much as possible and he should go down easily. To kill Z, ignore Z and just kill its pets that periodically spawn. Only melee Z when it is below 5% health. Finally, just melee down A and you get a nice win.

Also: On the Ianetor thing, best thing to do is get one person to engage him then kite him around the island. Have say a tank go aggro him then start circling the island while the others follow behind killing him.

He does pursue and is designed for this. Once the tank aggros him and runs, he sends a message saying he's going to pursue you, then just have end song going and sprint around the island avoiding the barrier.

Also, on Kirk, Ianetor also gives you a gem that stops the Needfall Traps that make Kirk doable as well. Get one of these also

slam zops pets too

My group was able to crush Zop by slamming the purros pets and the unleasing everything we had on them melee while they were stunned (since they blow up nearly as soon as ya touch them if they not stunned). He dropped without us even actually touching Zop himself, and we did it quickly too boot. Zop wont aggro unless ya touch him.
Some Advice

For the first guy, insted of kiting him around, we sent in a main aggro tank (me) with somebody guarding with his sheild. Make sure this tank has both AF buffs and a cleric dedicated to his survival. The S guy will just go crazy with the attacks and the more you can parry/block, the better. I parried him like a god, so he may give a bonus to that. After a few seconds, everybody else should melee him. Magic shouldn't be used.

For the second guy, use ice nukes to pull the little fireball pets. He goes down faster. Also, you never have to melee him.

The third guy is easy. Also seems to be vulnerable to ice as our ice wizzy was able to take him down in a few seconds.
