DISCLAIMER: Your Steps and Tasks may be different

Denise says, "A troll in Audliten who goes by the name of Aleaniver, is spreading tales of a great beast! Joining the hunt might prove your worth!"

The reward for this quest varies depending upon your class. Aleaniver, who is located in the town of Audliten in front of the building southwest of the bridge, asks you to kill the wolf Morra. He spawns up the coast near a shipwreck just past the tomte camp and is usually in a pack with several seawolf mothers (loc 41107, 37542), so you may want to bring friends. Kill him and bring back proof (dead Morra hide) to Aleaniver for your reward.

Rewards:
  Studded Hide of Morra
  Skullbone Brooch of Morra
  Paw of Morra
  Tail of Morra
  Boneclaw Ring of Morra
  Omni Hunting Gauntlets (Mid)

Morra

When I found her, she was not "with" any other mobs, but a nearby sveawolf mother aggroed when I hit her. She was just north of the tent that is south of Tompte Camp on the map, on the east side of the road.

To a level 10, Morra was blue and the sveawolf mother nearby was orange. My pet kept the sveawolf mother distracted while I attacked Morra.

Level 10 Hunter was rewarded the Tail of Morra. I wish you could choose your item reward, as well as get some bonus experience for completing it.

No Exp or Coin reward

Update: The site says this quest grants exp and coin, but all I got for completing it was the item. The reward for a shamen (+4 const necklace) is pretty much useless, and the fact that I got no exp reward... bah.

Easy quest
# Aug 30 2002 at 4:36 PM Rating: Decent
this was a very easy quest for me. i had a pet bear and went in with a lvl 8 thane (i was lvl 7). I sent my bear on the mothers, and took care of Morra. the thane just killed anything that started to attack me. my bear died of course, but not much damage done to me or the thane. very easy quest when in a group.

I did this quest at lvl 13 with a warrior. Morra spawned at 2pm (game time).
Easy..

Level 6 Troll Beserker, I went into rage and slayed all the Wolves plus Morra with 1/4 health left, but no Endurance. I pumped every thing I had into Axe and left axe. Course..I didn't have the quest at the time unfortunately...but either way its an easy kill.

Level 7 Kobold Shaman

Grouped with a Skald, also level 7. Morra and 1 other wolf attacked Skald, the second wolf attacked me as I was standing back ready to heal my partner. We barely survived, but we made it. Looking in our packs, we both got Morra's Dead Wolf. Finished out the quest by turning over the wolf body, I received Paw of Morra .. increased Constitution and Hit Points. Not sure what Skald received as he had to log out.

As a lvl 7, I died the first time trying to kill morra. It's not THAT easy, as opposed to how everyone claims it is. The second time , I just barely made it. I used my charmed bear on the mothers, and concentrated on shooting morra with arrows and meeleeing w/ a spear.....

ok took me a bit to find mora, but the directions listed so far are pretty accurate, she wanders around tho. She and her small pack were an easy solo at lvl 7 (warrior) of course i've pumped a lot into shield so i blocked most of the attacks. Anyway, i'm on my way back now to see what i get for it =)b

I complete this mission when I was Hunter Level 10. Very very easy... just cross the bridge to the fort and turn left... after you pass a camp of some small monsters, you will find the wolves near the broken ship.

But one thing is, NEVER go there at night !!! there and many many ghost and PURPLE wolves (I was level 10) there... surely got killed, the wolves are moving everwhere !

Hunter's reward

Morra is easy to kill at 7th level with a hunter. Charm Morra's "bodyguard" (Sveawolf Mother) and stab, stab, stab. You'll get the Tail of Morra. For a hunter it's mostly just for show, unless you're weapon is sword. It gives +1 to Str and +1 to sword. Morra will be right around 41000 and 31000. It will look like two Svea mothers walking together. Worst part is getting jumped by roaming thralls or rock crabs, but then I was 7th too.
