Per Patch 1.59:
- The "Famine" one-time drop is now do-able by necromancers on Co-op.

Kill Famine, named Alp Luachra, and receive a Blackthorn Ring. He is located just past Basar towards Ligen at 58k, 20k. Famine will be orange or yellow to you at 32.

Rewards:
  Blackthorn Ring (sun/moon)
  Blackthorn Ring (wail)

I was lvl30 when this ring dropped for me an hour ago. Either this is no OTD or our european Version 1.57 differs from yours.
