The Thrall Keeper will now give out this reward as part of the quest. You can only receive this quest at level 4. Kill escaped thralls and bring the chains they drop to the slaver in Vasudheim. He rewards you for every 3 chains you bring him. Make sure you are looking for "thrall keeper" loc=42300,7908,4548 for this quest Story: Well met stranger, I am glad you have taken the time to speak to me. I have need of your skills if you have the time. My comrade, Jierec and I were on our way to Mularn when the thralls revolted and escaped. I was feeling ill and three of the fell upon us while we were preoccupied. Jierec left me here with the remaining thrall and [went in search] of the rest. He has yet to return from the hunt over there. I dear he has met his fate and traveled beyond this life. I would not ask you to return them alive, yet if you could assist and return to me their chains I would be most grateful. Summary: Locate the escaped thralls and obtain their chains, then return to the Thrall Keeper. Quest Goal: Kill three escaped thralls for their chains. (3) Story: Thank you again for assisting me. My master was quite pleased when I told him of your offer to help. He told me that if I saw you again to give you this money. I hope it serves you well. Thanks you again (Your Name.) The description says that he rewards you "for every three chains" you give him. Is this true? I thought you could only do quests once (though I admit I never tried this again after I completed it.

You will only get the quest once. I grouped with a friend for this quest, then later grouped with someone else doing the same quest. The second time they got the chains, I only got XP
