Talk to Jolis, a guard that patrols Wearyall Village. He doesn't get too far from the buildings and should be easy to find. Go and kill Decaying Marshmen in Avalon Isle and return the rusted pendants for xp.

Turned in 10 pendants today at level 36 on my wind theurgist. Each of them gave 6,022,488 experience.

It's about what one yellow con kill gives, per pendant turn in.

Max Rusted Pendant's you can turn in is 19

lvl 40 received 43,000,000 experience .

The Rusted Pendants cannot be turned in to Jolis until level 36.
