Talk to Tavie in Tir na mBeo, who askes you to make a delivery to Caille. You takl to Ariana, the mentalist stave merchant in Caille.

You have to see Meagane in Drium Cain, and she wants you till kill "something." You may be asked to kill a Rage Wolf, an Irewood, or other numerous mobs.

Lastly you will be asked to kill Eugor. Eugor is a named Evanescer in Mt Collory. (This is the one time drop part from before.) He is a rare night spawn near loc=58164,8577 Mount Collory (also seen at loc=48717 , 8498 Mount Collory)

A few notes from Meri of Bedevere:
-Meagane wants you to prove Ariana sent you by telling you Ariana's last name (which is Silvereyes). /say Silvereyes
-another mob Meagane can request you kill is Curmedgeon Wanter Mount Collory /loc 8234, 9932.
-item to return to Meagane (first time) is Wolf Ear Necklace
-item to return to Meagane (second time) is another Fiery Red Ruby

-lvl 39 Warden did not receive this quest offer
lvl 37 received 25 million after delivering Fiery Red Ruby to Ariana
lvl 37 received 167 million xp for returning to Meagane after killing Eugor
lvl 37 received 1 gold and some silver for giving Meagane the second Fiery Red Ruby
