Slith  

find 'silth broodlings' (small lvl 0 or 1 snakes) and kill them. silith will spawn but not aggro.

attacking silith will aggro all the other silith broodlings, so bring a fire wizard along for cripsy critters. (or a sorc for AE mez)

Slith is part of the Slith Tail quest. The tail if a jewelery item +2 dex
