Found him at 44022,34913 (up on the hillside) in Silvermine Mountains.
He conned red to my level 50 Animist and was an extremely fast kill for my ML9 Harbinger of War.

Killed it again today for an Enchanter. I was headed to 40k 44k from where the red dot is on the map for this quest and found him before getting there.
It's also not a Walking Rock, it's a shambling mound/moss monster type.

found him 40000, 44000 just E from Howth over the river hillside. Orange to me (50hero) and easymode nowadays.

Found him @ 42968, 33674 Dir 337 - He was Orange to me @50th level. Up the shore on the hillside.. he does wander, I suggest walking around that area till he pops.
