I don't think there isn't a good farming duo that can't take this guy.. I did him on the Summ SM and bot. He doesn't move at all and doesn't agro from heals easily. Keep heals at a safe distance, he has a breathe attack; other than that, easy kill.
Dropped Pain(mid mauler staff) Assuming he drops all of the random type drops in Lab.

When i killed him i got Pervaded Sikarios Circlet of the labyrinth.
He was easy with my Warr tanking it while i was healing with BB. Took him down in like 10 mins or so :D gonna try redo him, cause i think he is ment to drop something else also.. ;)
