Slightly harder than Xaar. Took him with no tank and one bot and a few archers. Dropped coin, crap and 2 identical cloth sleeves:

He's tougher than Vicar Vartail - certainly nearer lvl 65 than 55. He cons purp to lvl 50. We beat him down with a Thane, Warlock, Healer and SM, all lvl 50. Just takes time.
