    There is a tomb raider campsite East of the guard tower in Salisbury Plains near the entrance to Camp forest. 2 of them spawn there regularly along with raiders, scouts, and a named raider, all aggressive. Drop random merchant fodder and Faded Chain drops. Chain conn'ed green at 21.

    ive only seen one of these in the plains and it was on one of the raised stone circles...the one furthest to the east near the broken bridge.
