    If you can navigate through all the aggro undead mobs at night to where this guy spawns, he's an easy kill. He tends to call for help from all of the undead mobs near the area, though.

    I spoke to Saydyn as a level 19 Skald and he sent me off to kill Borch. When I kill Borch I get the message

    You receive a Toe Bone Belt from Borch
    You have finished the Waking of the fallen quest
    Borch dies!
