Found Swift up by Vindsaul Faste. Just to the east of the gate at the base of the mountain. Location around 54,680 6,735.
He exists. I saw something that looked like his picture, but at the time I didn't have the quest and he conned purple, so I have no clue where I saw him.
Anyone have any idea what "boundary gates" could mean? There are no gates that I know of at nearby boundaries.

Ok what's the deal with switf..shouldt be near rip at the south boundry and i never saw him even i camped the area for hours. plz help.
