The phantoms drop more than just money. We've seen several of the Cloak of Majestic Mantel (+10 peity) drop from these. not sure what else we've seen from
the phantoms.

Located just down the hall in a room near main area. They agro 2 - 3 and the experience is very good. Not sure about drops, just money I think..
