They are charmable! Sorcerers rejoice... They make decent pets.. good enough to kill urchins and headless corpses with, anyways.

They also drop Bladeturn belts (adds spirit resist)and sight robes.

I'm a lvl 6 scout and I've gotten an Adroit fancy robe and an Adroit morningstar off these. Do they drop Adroit thrust weapons as well?
