Dales of Devwy loc=20332,57037 just east of the river if you are coming from the direction of Avalon Isle. They are on a hillside as the picture indicates. There were only a couple amongst other blue and green heavymedal type creatures. I've heard there are up to level 52 scorchers, I have yet to find anything higher than mid to upper 40s.
