I didn't try to fight Dra'argus the Mighty, but I could get a friendly faction with his clan, I can walk between the flamethrowers & stand with Dra'argus, I could get many screen shots for him in many positions.
I killed the soldiers for many hours (Was soloing them) & I got the friendly faction with Dra'argus & his whole clan, none of them tries to kill me or fight
I couldn't understand for what the sphere is, it's just roaming in a room above Dra'argus, it cons purple & it was neutral to me.
BTW, I didn't think to attack him & I was the only one who got the friendly faction.

Dra'argus the Mighty is located in the house/building with the flamethrowers and campaigners.
He stands next to a throne and wont move from his spot. You can stand there all day and shot arrows at him or even run up and hit him and back off.
He blocks everything you toss at him. The key with him is he is protected by somekind of sphere. He even brags about it when you try to hit him.
However up stairs in that building in a room above the throne room is a sphere. It is a high level guessing close to 68 like him. It coned netural to me where everything else in Avalon City is agro.
We attempted killing the sphere thinking it would make it possible to kill the Mighty. Needless to say we were whiped out. The sphere summons. so if you have agro and you try to run you will be summoned back.
My guess is that you do in fact have to kill the sphere to even attempt killing the Mighty since he protects him
