Once below 50% (? - the first time we tried I think it was at 20%) health he changes into his "true" form (on of those floating/flying things) which grants him the ability to use a nasty pbaoe (besides the stun he likes to use). The pbaoe is preceeded with a "blue-orbs-in-a-circle" effect (like a portal ritual). So people not fighting should keep their distance, and as soon as the fireworks begins, all except the
aggro-keeper should run away
