This guy must be broken or something because I've killed him more than a dozen times and all he drops is Siphon of Souls, Soul Leech, Soul Plunder, or Soul Wind alongside a bunch of garbage ROG armor. Even spending essences on Full Group > (part 1) > Busil resulted in the same junk drops and no belts or rings.
