These Lesser Jannis are definitely casters. They spawn on the "Azaerium" island in Oceanus Hesperos around 20k, 30k with several Inferior Marids and a Marid named, I believe, Dellina.

Anyway, these seem to be Fire Wizards from what I can tell. They stop during the pull to attempt to cast their bolts and they also cast the Air Theurgist AoE mez. Not to mention casting a damage shield on themselves when they spawn. Not sure on the damage they deal due to the fact that I'm a necromancer and I can't see how much damage my pet takes. Fairly easy to take down and they occasionaly drop RoG ToA cloth. Fought them for about 2 or 3 hours and had a pair of gloves, a robe and a vest drop so the drop rate is a little on the uncommon side.

Also of note, I was grouped with my brother's paladin and would usually have them group with the Marids who seem to be a Ice Wizards. The Jannis don't seem to group with each other, but it's something to keep in mind.
