The Female Windcallers are always a higher level than their male counter parts.

I see an Orange every now and then and I am 19th level.
The yellows in fact are three level ranges (you can tell by the base xp you get), 18-20 and the oranges, I think are 21.

Noticed the same thing with my Shadowblade. Women were orange and men were yellow to me.
Tried an orange, she saw through my sneak so CS did not land. Still managed to kill her with about 15% HP left.
Will most likely use this area at level 20 for quick easy XP. There is a line of them along the cliff facing Raumarik overlooking the lake.

These puppies go higher than 18 ... my Zerker is level 18 now and there are oranges out there.
