I soloed him a few times and he didn't zephyr, but when he did, I couldn't do anything, he just zephyrs forever and you just die, basically.

Seen around 23200 22600 in that camp. He is linked with those in the camp, so when you pull him, you pull all there. He has an nasty ability, which makes you hover over him. So when you are hovering over Charn, unable to move, jump , attack and casting a spell, the adds from the camp will whack you to hell, because they can still hit you.
